Background:

Screen Originals (also known on-screen and later known as Screen Original) was one of the many divisions operated by Philip L'Oro International Pictures. As with a majority of their divisions, Screen Originals released public-domain cartoons.

Logo (1989)


Visuals: There is a black square on a white background with a light blue filmstrip behind what looks like a combination of Woody Woodpecker and Daffy Duck that resembles a Turkey with a surprised look. The words "SCREEN ORIGINAL" on the top and bottom of the box. At the end of tapes, the white words "THE END" are in the middle of the drawing

Technique: None.

Audio: None, but some tapes have the opening or ending theme of the preceeding/following cartoon.

Availability: Seen on some public domain cartoons in the UK, including some Bugs Bunny and Woody Woodpecker.
