Background

Shoot Junk Productions is an American film production company.

Logo (August 7, 2023)

Visuals: On a dimly lit dark yellow background with a film grain overlay, an extreme close-up of "shoot junk"'s center is shown popping in. Throughout the sequence, the text is presented in bright yellow, Courier, and with repeatedly traced yellow shadows. From the beginning, the logo rotates counterclockwise approximately 180 degrees. The closer it gets to a normal angle, the darker the background gets and its glow disappears. The logo backs away afterward and "productions" slides in below. In the end, the latter slides away to the right and "shoot junk" disappears through a horizontal blurring effect.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A reversed low-note piano legato track.

Availability: The logo is seen on What Did Deborah Do?.
