Background: TLC Entertainment (also known as Taweel Loos & Company and Taweel Loos Entertainment) is an American production company. In 1987 George Taweel Productions was hired to create and produce DIC Animation's television and stage production of "The DIC Superstar Showcase." Taweel then hired Rob Loos to work with him on this project. Their collaboration was so successful that the duo decided to make it permanent, forming Taweel-Loos & Company Entertainment in 1988, now known simply as TLC Entertainment.
