Wood Knapp & Co., also known as Wood Knapp Video or simply Wood Knapp, was a home entertainment distributor founded by Betsy Wood Knapp in 1988. Its headquarters were in Los Angeles, California. Wood Knapp distributed the Children's Circle releases from Weston Woods, obscure United Artists releases, classic teleplays such as Marty and Requiem for a Heavyweight, fitness videos, and even VHS releases on the 1988 Summer Olympics, among others.

The company's releases were also distributed in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. In the UK, Wood Knapp releases were originally distributed by Pickwick Video between 1989 and 1991, then by The Video Collection for the rest of Wood Knapp's existence.
