Background

Delta Leisure Group is a British company of the now-defunct American company Delta Entertainment. Originally formed in Los Angeles, California. Delta Entertainment is known for distributing videos and music. Delta fell into shambles in 2007 and after a lawsuit, the company filled up for bankruptcy. Its UK branch, on the other hand, continues to run and was later spun-off into its current name.

1st logo (2007-2014)

Visuals: On a sky blue background with a vignette effect, a shaded blue ball fades in and zooms out, settling just above the centre. The ball has a white "d" settled to the right of it, and the hole is filled with cyan. Below, a light blue line fades in, followed by "DELTA" fading and tilting into place. Below the line, "LEISURE GROUP PLC" fades in as well.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A long synth note with a synth drone.

Availability: Unknown. [Examples?]

2nd logo (2014-)

Visuals: On a shaded dark blue background, several light blue streaks swirl around as they zoom out. A vertical beam of white light then appears in the centre, and reveals a shiny version of the Delta Leisure Group logo, albeit with the name in navy blue, rotating towards the screen. The streaks start to fade out during this time, and when the logo faces the screen, the name turns white.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Same as the previous logo.
