1st Logo (1994-1997) | 2nd Logo (November 28, 2003-November 6, 2016) | 3rd Logo (January 3, 2014-) |
Logo: On a black background, we see the words "Produced by" in red zoom in. As it gets bigger it cross fades into the Walt Disney castle logo, in which the bottom half is obscured by the dark colors of the background. The text "WALT DISNEY" in its familiar signature font in white is seen, and the text "Television Animation" in red and in the same font as the words "Produced by".
Technique: Simple animation.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
Availability: Long extinct. Seen before the credits of 1994-1997 episodes of The Disney Afternoon.
Logo: It's basically the same as the then-current Walt Disney Television logo (in the scheme of the 2002 "seventh flag" variant of the 1985-2006 movie logo), but with "TELEVISION ANIMATION" instead of "PICTURES".
Variants:
Technique: Same as the movie and TV logos, but much cleaner.
Music/Sounds: Usually the closing theme or silence, but sometimes, the long 1987 Walt Disney Television fanfare is heard.
Music/Sounds Variants:
Availability: No longer current, but is still common.
Legacy: This logo continued to be used until 2016, despite the movie logo being updated a decade earlier.
Logo: On a white background, the Paul Rudish design for Mickey Mouse (as seen on the new shorts of the same name) is seen in a walking pose, next to the text that reads "DISNEY Television Animation", with the latter in the Mostra Nuova Regular font.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme of the show.
Availability: Current and common. This was used in tandem with the previous logo until November 6, 2016.
