Background

The animation division of the Television Corporation of Japan was spun-off from TCJ in 1973 and was rebranded to Eiken. Eiken continued producing most of TCJ's animated output and began overseeing future productions.

Logo (October 6, 1973-)

Visuals: Superimposed on the show's opening or ending background is the Eiken wordmark, which consists of the words "エイケン" in a cubic-style bold script, usually in white.

Audio: The opening and/or ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on the company's productions, such as later episodes of Sazae-san since 1973.
