Background
This was a banner used by Family Home Entertainment from the mid-90s onward for full-length family movies on video.
1st Logo (1993-1996)
Visuals: On a gray marble background, the words "Family Home Entertainment Theatre", in gold script, fade in. Then the logo shines left to right and fades out.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: None.
Availability: It appears on various kids and family movies released by FHE. It's sometimes followed by FHE's 3rd logo.
2nd Logo (October 8, 1996-1999)

Visuals: On a stone background with a bevel square outline, a golden box wrapped in a fancy blue ribbon zooms out into the middle. The ribbon reads "FAMILY HOME ENTERTAINMENT" in white, and at the bottom of the gold box is "THEATRE" in spaced-out letters.
Trivia: This logo is stylized after the print logo used on video releases in Family Home Entertainment's "Christmas Classics Series", which used a red ribbon and black text on the box, but nevertheless carried the same design format.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A calm synth theme with sparkles and horns.
Availability: Seen only on a handful of releases including The Girl from Mars. Note that some releases that have this logo on the packaging may not have it on the tape itself (like the 1999 VHS of Drop Dead Fred, which used the standard 1999 FHE logo instead).
