Background

Golden Way Group was a Thai home video distributor.

Logo (1990s)

Visuals: Over a zooming-in starfield, a yellow-colored road appears and tilts to its original position while zooming out. A golden letter "G" zooms out while facing the top, and a red upside-down triangle flies in from the top while flipping with a pixelated trail effect. A blue circle appears in the upper half of the triangle, followed by the letter "G" flying in and settling in the circle. The black text "GOLDEN WAY GROUP" sandwiched between two lines fades in below and shines.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: An upbeat groovy synth tune accompanied by sci-fi warbling, followed by an orchestral hit, a descending whoosh and a clap. The end of the 1986 Vestron Video logo is heard afterwards accompanied by an announcer saying "Golden Way Group โอ๊คใช้เสนอ".

Availability: Seen on a VHS release of 硬碰硬.
