Background
Grandad International Media Limited was the worldwide television distribution and licensing unit of ITV plc, renamed as such from Carlton International Media Limited in July 2004 after the Carlton/Granada merger into ITV plc, and Granada's international distribution unit being merged into Carlton's unit.
In September 2008, ITV plc rebranded the division as ITV Global Entertainment Limited after their announcement to retire the "Granada" brand namer.

Visuals: Same as the 2004 Granada Media Group logo, except that the word "International" appears below.
Variants:
- This logo exists as both 4:3 and 16:9 versions.
- A short version exists.
- A stretched 16:9 version also exists, which is seen on a later print of Palestine Is Still The Issue.
- A 16:9 stretched to 4:3 variant also exists.
Technique: Same as the 2004 Granada Productions logo.
Audio: Same as the 2004 Granada Productions logo.
Availability: Seen on international prints of ITV plc-owned shows and films during the time-period until 2009.
- It was also used to plaster older logos.
- It is also seen on then-new prints of shows and movies that were originally produced by its predecessors and also appears on shows and movies that were produced by ITC Entertainment.
- It also sometimes plasters the Granada America logo on TV shows, some TV movies and the 1999 Carlton International logo on some shows.
- This logo is also seen at the beginning of then-current prints of many films from its library including films from The Rank Organisation such as Twins of Evil (1971), and the VCI Entertainment Blu-ray release of Romeo and Juliet (1954), among others.
- It was also seen at the beginning of a December 6, 2020 UK airing of Doctor in Clover (1966) on Talking Pictures TV with the 1999 Carlton International logo appearing at the end.
- It was also seen at the start of a 2020 airing of Bugsy Malone (1976) on ITV3.
- The silent variant is seen on Thunderbirds kiddie rides with video screens from Jolly Roger, and is also seen on some movies.
- It also plasters older logos on most shows that ITV owns.
- This logo was also seen at the beginning of a 2020 airing of This Happy Breed (1944) on Film4.
- It is also seen at the end of a later print of the 1994 TV movie Cries of the Heart (aka Touch of Truth), which is then followed by the 2017 Multicom Entertainment Group logo.
- It is also seen at the start of the 2008 restoration print of Blithe Spirit (1945).
- It was also seen at the end of a 2006 WeTV airing of Sweet Dreams (1985), following the 1987 ITC Entertainment "Gold Diamonds" logo.
- It is also seen at the end of a mid-2000s print of S01E05 of Edward the Seventh, following both the 1969 ATV Colour Production endcap and the 1987 ITC Entertainment "Gold Diamonds" logo.
- The silent variant of the logo is also seen at the end of UKTV Drama airings of the Cadfael episode "The Raven in the Foregate", following the 1995 A Central Programme For ITV endcap.
- This logo also plasters the 1982 closing variant of the Yorkshire Television Production endcap on the Rewind TV airings of The Beiderbecke Affair.
- It is also seen at the end of the Challenge airings of S10E22 of Bullseye, following the 1989 A Central Production for ITV endcap.
