Technique: None. It's superimposed.

Audio: A older pipe sound from Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3, followed by some wind sounds.

Availability: It was seen on the Japan-only OVA Super Mario Bros.: The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach, but it is ultra-rare because the VHS is very hard to find. But, it can be found on a few Japanese Internet stores.
