Logo (Late 1990's-)

Visuals: Over a yellow background, the logo starts with black stripes appearing. The whole thing appears to be a square, which zooms out, and reveals a "HK" sign, against a light blue smoke/cell background. A rectangle stretches out of the bottom of the HK square, with "V I D E O" written on it.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A taiko hit, followed by a futuristic "opening door" sound as "V I D E O" appears.

Availability: Seen on video releases from Asian films from the Metropolitan Films catalogue, in France only. [Examples?]
