Background

In Video was a Norwegian home video distributor.

1st Logo (1985)

Visuals: On a black background, the logo (a red parallelogram with its lower half colored blue having the blue segmented word "IN" with a white shadow and the white word "VIDEO" below with a line slashed through it in the center) flies in while flipping rapidly, and faces the top while stretching vertically and sliding to the bottom slightly. Several movie clips with a blue outline then fly around, and the logo zooms out afterwards.

Technique: Computer animation and live-action.

Audio: An arpeggiating synth theme, followed by an uplifting synth fanfare.

Availability: Seen on a VHS release of Cane arrabbiato.

2nd Logo (1988)

Visuals: On a starfield, the camera zooms out from the red/blue gradient background taking over in a radial form whilst the word "IN" from before slides down segment-by-segment. The white word "VIDEO" is shown below, and a red glowing line slides through it in the center, with the glow disappearing afterwards. The camera zooms in to the white word "START" blinking on the word "IN", and the segment opens vertically to reveal the starfield background.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: "Where's the Walrus?" by The Alan Parsons Project.

Availability: Seen on a VHS release of Gullregn.
