Background

Jetix Animation Concepts was a joint-venture between Walt Disney Television Animation and Jetix Europe established in 2004 to produce and distribute pre-teen/teen-oriented animated shows on their then-current block of the same name.

(September 18, 2004-April 18, 2009)

Nicknames: "The Blue Static Line", "Jetix Cat"

Logo: On a black background, a blue bolt of static electricity flies in to reveal and run around the Jetix logo. (A silver sphere with a large "X" stuck in it and a single "anime"-styled eye, looking somewhat like a strange cat. It's outlined in red and has the titular name in a rather blocky font below it in red.) They eventually lighten it up and reveal the text "ANIMATION CONCEPTS" below it, running around the logo a bit more before flying offscreen. The cat's eye blinks.

FX/SFX: The blue static line, the cat blinking.

Music/Sounds: The sound of electricity crackling and the sound of metal clanking when the cat blinks.

Availability: Appeared on only three shows - Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, Get Ed, and Yin Yang Yo!.

Editor's Note: Although the animation, sounds, and the cat starring straight at you may get to some, some people may find the cat rather cute. Plus, the cat is slightly weird because its eye was near the outline of the ear.
