Background

Jimar Maen was a Spanish VHS distributor.

Logo (1980s)

Visuals: On a gray background, the letters "M" and "J" slide from the left at the top, soon sliding to the bottom and back to the top. The same letters slide from the right at the top. Then, the letters "J" and "M" appear one by one in a stacked diagonal format. An outlined white pixelated rhombus with a ring in it wipe in and out diagonally. The same shapes appear piece-by-piece with the letters "JM" typing in. The shapes from the logo (with the rhombus being black and having a blue outline) wipe in and slide to the top. The parts of the logo are seen appearing and filling themselves with the said color, as well as the said letters appearing in white. The rhombus and the circle wipe in having the said letters inside them. The logo then wipes out.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: An uplifting trumpet theme.

Availability: It is seen on movie tapes such as La furia de Shaolin.
