Background

Lollipop Video was the children's home video branch of Thames Video.

(1980's-1990's)

Logo: On a black background, we see a red rectangle with a white border. Inside the rectangle, we see the text "Lollipop" and next to it are three lollipops (one blue, one yellow and one green). The screen flips, changing the colours of the rectangle and lollipops. The screen flips again, showing the normal logo.

Technique: Computer animation.

Music/Sounds: A somber synth tune.

Availability: Rare. Seen on some children's VHS tapes from the 1980s.
