Mad Z Productions is an American film production company.

Visuals: On a white background, a jagged and red 3D Z" appears with menacing skull-faced features, sharp teeth, and "MAD Z" and "PRODUCTIONS", both in jagged fonts and gold fills, on its upper and lower lateral faces respectively. The letter falls down and chomps repeatedly, spewing out blood in the process. After almost making it to the center, blood splatters on the screen, cutting the animation sequence over to the "Z" on top of a large, cracked floor containing hellfire on a black background. The screen glitches for a brief period after the bloodied transition. Then, blood starts revolving around the "Z" within the background while it fades to black. Throughout this part of the sequence, the "Z"'s eyes flash red a couple of times. After the background's disappearance, the sequence remains static until the end, when it glitches for one last time.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A growl leading to a splatter and explosion sound plays. Afterward, a heavy metal guitar fanfare plays alongside faint chainsaw and roaring sounds in the background.
