Logo (1982-1985)

Visuals: Fading in from a red-tinted partly cloudy sky background, a space background is shown where "MANHATTAN CINEMA CORPORATION" zooms in. When it stops, "PRESENTE" zooms out, rests below the company name, and briefly flashes letter by letter. Then, the text fades out, a starfield zooms into the screen, and and a white, detailed graphic of a lower view of the Statue of Liberty ending with her chest is shown zooming out and deblurring. The screen zooms out so that "MANHATTAN VIDEO" in a stacked, serif font fades in below. Said text is in a rainbow-changing vertical bar sliding effect, ending with a predominantly blue color with a hint of green and lavender. When the company name appears, the Statue of Liberty gains a white glow.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A proud string and drum fanfare.

Availability: The logo appears on a VHS release of Tir à vue.
