Background

Massemedia A/S was a Norwegian public domain VHS distributor.

Logo (1992-1993)

Visuals: Over a starfield, a blue orb zooms in, soon sliding across the screen, to reveal the golden text "Massemedia®". The orb settles in the center, dividing the text in two, and a white scribble resembling the letter "m" appears in it, causing a radial burst to zoom in and fade out. The silver text "ET SELSKAP I PICKWICK GROUP PLC" zooms in below, and the logo shines afterwards.

Technique: Computer animation with CGI effects.

Audio: A descending whoosh with a synthesized tune heard in the background, followed by an arpeggiating string score and a high-pitched note, ending with a ding.

Availability: Seen on a VHS release of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood and Thumbelina.
