Background

Prolusion Group (Le Groupe Prolusion) was a Canadian home video distributor, with offices in Québec.

Logo (1985-Late 1980s)

Visuals: On a black-blue gradient background, a whole column of horizontal rectangle bars expand from the perspective and starts to compress, revealing itself to be half of a turning curved "P" being part of the rectangle bars, in which the bottom then expands. A drop shadow can be seen. A group of two cornflower bars with "PROLUSION" in between, "LE GROUPE" and "GROUP" in above and below the two bars sweep from the left and stand underneath the "P". Above, "Distributed by" in French and English respectively are fading with a slash in between.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: Silent.
