The company has several divisions, including Nozomi Entertainment (production), Critical Mass (adult titles), RightStuf.com (online store) and 5 Points Pictures (live action). On August 4, 2022, the company was acquired by Sony by their Crunchyroll division, and in October 2023 it was absorbed into Crunchyroll.
