Logo (July 8, 2017- )

Visuals: Depends on the film, but each movie contains a different variant, but all feature the text "STUDIO PONOC", with the first O in PONOC having a red arrow pointing to the top like a clock.

Variants: Each film uses a different variant:

  • Mary and the Witch's Flower: The Studio Ponoc logo appears below on a white background that is styled like paper. Above this, there is a drawing of Mary Smith, the main character from the film.
  • Modest Heroes: Just the Studio Ponoc logo on the same paper-styled background
  • The Imaginary: Similar to the first variant, but this time, the background is more white and the drawing now depicts Rudger, the main character of his film.

Variants:

  • On the original Japanese prints of Mary and the Witch's Flower, text appears below the logo reading "スタジオポノック第一回長編作品" (Studio Ponoc's First Feature Film).

Technique: The fade in and out.

Audio: None or opening theme to the movie.

Availability: It debuted on Mary and the Witch's Flower, and has made an appearance on Modest Heroes, and on the Olympic short film Tomorrow's Leaves as an in-credit logo. It will appear on The Imaginary as well.
