'''Visuals:''' Superimposed on the show's opening and/or ending background, is the 1981 TV Tokyo wordmark, inwhich consists of the words Japanese"テレビ東京" in a cubedcubic script.

'''Variant:''' From 1993 to 1998, the "Chu!" wordmark, which consisted of a {{color|red}} ring next to it and the "チュッ!" text below it, was used. This was mainly used in advertising and was also used as a production logo on their shows such as ''Neon Genesis Evangelion'' and early episodes of ''Pokémon''. The "Chu!" symbol was removed during April of 1998, to prepare for the station's major rebrand months later.

'''Technique:''' Superimposed animation.
