Background
GAGA Corporation is a Japanese film company.
GAGA Communications Inc.
1st Logo (1995-2001)
Visuals: On a black background, there are two lavender copies of the word "GAGA" in a bold Times-like font, sliding from the respective sides of the screen until they reach the center. Under the word, there's "communications inc." in an Eurostile like font. Then, the copies flash hugely to become one text which flashes and turns silver with a 3D structure. A star draws a line below and the word "GAGA" shines.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A horror eerie-synth with a deep-tone bell music.
Availability: Seen on some Japanese drama films and television distributed by GAGA.
2nd Logo (2001-2005)
Visuals: There is the "GAGA" wordmark in black that has a light splitted in colorful projections making a shadow. The camera pans laterally to set down, and reveals the logo's real color which is in fact, silver. The lights disappear and a tiny white star spins on the top-right corner of the last "A".
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A choir humming that ends with a 7-note clarinet tune.
Availability: This was seen on later movies and DVDs, like Oresama.
GAGA USEN
Logo (2005-2009)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a dot that turns into a skinny figure with robot-like hands that starts pulling out words from its limbs to spell the company's name; along with the byline "United Sensational Entertainment Network". The figure then transforms into a broken glass-outlined star.
Variant: There is a short version, with the star adjusting the words.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A synth ping followed by some robot sounds. Then, a synth eerie note.
Audio variant: The short version is silent.
Availability: Found on the company's movies during the USEN era, like Cyborg Girl.
GAGA
Logo (2009-)
Visuals: On a black background, a light resembling the sun moves through the black orb while it explodes into multiple stars. Then, the stars form the "GAGA" wordmark while the green star is added after the wordmark is formed.
Variant: A still white version of the logo also exists on trailers and commercials for GAGA films.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: An orchestrated music theme.
Availability: Seen on films produced and distributed by GAGA from 2009 onwards. Also seen at the end of titles produced by DreamWorks Animation from 2019 onwards after the Toho-Towa logo. The logo is also used on most international films distributed by GAGA in Japan.
