Background

Thais Films was a Spanish home video distributor.

Logo (Mid-Late 1980s)

Visuals: From a black background, a whole group of yellow dots emerge, and upon that, gray liquid starts to 'ooze' out by their sides, in which a gray background pops in instantly. A filmstrip in form of a "TI" is featured on top and the yellow dots are revealed to be the script "Thaisfilms". The filmstrip fades, as "Thaisfilms" wipes into two colors, green and white. The filmstrip fades again, with the text fading. Said filmstrip is featured in a yellow rectangle, in which then transforms into said text. Suddenly, it disappears, followed by the same finished logo wiping in by column. This is then followed by a black background featuring the logo enclosed to a circle, duplicated into 9, in which appear by a spiral path. Upon finishing, another duplicate of the logo is wiped in by a circle. The remaining background cuts out.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: "Feels So Good" by Chuck Mangione.

Availability: Shown on releases of The Disappearance of Flight 412 and Slumber Party Massacre II.
