Background

Vart Video was a Russian home video distributor.

Logo (1990s)

Visuals: Over a starfield going to the left side, a blue globe flies in from the left and settles in the lower-right portion. Soon, three filmstrips with shots of the movies shown on them spin around the globe. As they stop, a gray word "VART" flies in from behind and settles in the center, shining afterwards. The pieces of the red word "VIDEO" zoom out and connect below, followed by a gray oval with the text "Film Distribution Company" hiding its upper part flying into the view. The logo zooms out to the top, as the background changes to a black/blue radial background. A gray word "PRESENTS" wipes in below.

Variant: Sometimes, the logo will fade out once the logo is formed.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A repetitive 2-note drum hit, accompanied by hi-hats afterwards. A dramatic 6-note synth violin is heard, followed by an upbeat synth theme.

Audio Variant: An excerpt of "Also Sprach Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss is heard instead.

Availability: Unknown. [Examples?]
