Background
Videoscape was an American home video distributor.
Logo (Early 1980s)
Visuals: On a black background, the camera pans around inside a green grid cube, before zooming in to its side as a two-dimensional magenta text "VIDEOSCAPE" with each letter being stylized in a cube form zooms out while brightening up. A green grid with a blue surface is revealed moving towards the screen with a blue horizon behind. Several movie and music clips then play, followed by the end of the logo playing.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: A synth bell theme accompanied by chime glissandos.
Availability: Seen on a VHS release of Piece of Cake.
