Visuals: On a black background, "APL", in a futuristic font, appears through a horizontal burst effect, merging back into the normal copy. Then, "FILM", in white, appears below through a white filled copy scrolling in within its contents. The same scrolling effect for the latter, as well as vertical wiping, removes the two words from view.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: The opening theme of the film.
