Background

Apollo Arts was a Hindi-language film company in India.

Logo (January 14, 1975-November 30, 1984)


Visuals: On a black background with a bunch of multi-colored lights on it, There is a statue of two conjoined A's, and below the statue is a pedestal with the company's name "APOLLO ARTS" all capitalized. Behind the statue is a circle slowly rising up, which is basically a sunrise.

Variant: An in-credit variant exists on Waqt Ki Pukar where we see a print version of the logo zooming in in yellow against a still shot of the movie. Once it gets close enough, it stops.

Technique: Practical effects. Cel animation for the in-credit variant.

Audio: A male announcer speaking loudly in Hindi: "जाको राखे साइयां मार सके ना कोई, बाल ना बाका कर सके जो जग बैरी होवे", which is the same as the Amrit Kalamandir speech.

Availability: The standard variant was seen on Angaarey, while the in-credit variant was seen on Waqt Ki Pukar.
