Background
Clean Slate Filmz (previously known as Clean Slate Films) is an Indian film production and distribution company established by actress Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh Sharma in October 2013. Based in Mumbai, it mainly produces and distributes Hindi films and web series.
Logo (March 15, 2015-)
Visuals: On a black background, there are two eyes moving. A red searchlight turns on and reveals a frightened zebra who looks at us. After, the camera pans and fixes the screen with a target sign, and a silhouette of two hands holding a clapboard, appear and clap the start of filming. Now, the zebra is quite frightened but its black stripes break and fall down; thus making sad at first but convinced to be the best at last. So the searchlight becomes a red rectangle and below, the white text "CLEAN SLATE" appears with a shadow, followed by the black "FILMS" below.
Variant: Starting with Bulbbul in 2020, the logo animation is mirrored, and the zebra is now boxed into a navy blue gradient rectangle, and looks to the right. "FILMS" is also spelled with a Z.
Technique: 2D computer animation by Prasad Kelkar from the Tag Vinnatti studio.
Audio: Sound of crowding people with people speaking in Hindi and a clapboard sound; all followed by a flute arpeggio ouverture.
