Background
This was a division of the United Artists Theatre Circuit to distribute arthouse and mature fare. They also had a B-movie division, Taurus Entertainment (which was also known as United Film Distribution Company).

Logo: We see a flag, with a square thingy in the bottom, the camera zooms out, before "Corsair Pictures" wipes in.
FX/SFX: The camera, The flag flying.
Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.
