1st Logo (February 1973-November 1979)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a red Indian head that zooms out. Then the text "First American Films" zooms in over the Indian head.

Technique: Camera-controlled animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on theatrical releases of Journey, Sisters of Death and Starhops.

2nd Logo (July 1987)

Visuals: On a black background, a red shade of an Indian head zooms out. Its outline fades in, as well as the yellow text "first american entertainment" in a stacked format next to the head afterwards.

Technique: Camera-controlled animation and fading effects.

Audio: The opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Only seen on Superblaster.
