1st Logo (August 27, 2014-March 25, 2022)

Visuals: On a white background, the "k", in Courier and at a large scale, fades in and slightly zooms out, followed by the period through the same effect. Then, the background inverts and "media", also in Courier, fades in below.

Variants:

• There is a shortened variant, beginning at where "k." is already formed.
• On The True Adventures of Wolfboy, the logo is quickly covered in thick, brown fur, which then shrinks into the near-exact shape of the text.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: The logo is seen on Through a Lens Darkly: Black Photographers and the Emergence of a People, Manchester by the Sea, and Topside.

2nd Logo (October 26, 2018)

Visuals: Multiple rough vertical tan lines are drawn at the center on a black background. They turn 90 degrees clockwise, covering the screen. Then, a gigantic inverted "K", set to the same height as the background, slides in from the right to unveil "PERIOD MEDIA" in a stacked comic font and stops at the center. Not long after, the logo elements fade to a solid tan background.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on Suspiria.

3rd Logo (October 10, 2024)

Visuals: A dark tan-tinted two-tone eerie forest background is shown. In the center, "K PERIOD MEDIA", in a glowing outline, serif font, is slowly drawn in while in an unstable condition. The letters' glows vary by size while the background fades to black.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.
