Background

Low Spark Films is an American film production company based in Cleveland, Ohio and Los Angeles.

1st Logo (May 31, 2013-June 13, 2014)

Visuals: On a black background, the screen zooms out of a turquoise-tinted live concert in the audience point of view. The person furthest in the back is holding and lighting a lighter whose flame is intact in "LOW SPARK FiLMS", in white, when the shot crossfades with it. The text zooms out and stops right before the fade out.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on The Kings of Summer and The Signal.

2nd Logo (July 29, 2016-)

Visuals: The screen pans downwards a darkly lit factory building, eventually reaching a fairly rusted sectional door containing the logo, which consists of a vertically stretched lightning bolt split into two pieces while next to "LOW SPARK FILMS" in a left-aligned stacked format. The lower portion of the door is seen glowing in gold, lighting up the bottom half of the object as well as the floor. Then, the shot crossfades to the logo on a solid black background.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: None or the opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on The Land, Galveston, Emily The Criminal, among others.
