Visuals: The sequence starts off with a close up of a glowing "M" in a dark environment. The letter emits higher light intensity as it zooms out to reveal that it's part of the text "MUNICIPAL", which flashes on different points. The text rotates, zooms out, and settles at the center of the screen, as the letters continue flashing. By the time the text settles at the center, the text glows one more time before turning into a solid white gradient. The text shines, and "P I C T U R E S" wipes in below.
