Background

Nasir Hussain Films is an Indian film company founded in 1960 by Nasir Hussain, and didn't use a logo until 1963. It produced several films from 1963 until 1992. Although the company didn't produce films past 1992, the company is active and has participated in some films by equipments and editing.

Logo (September 6, 1963-May 22, 1992)



Visuals: The logo starts with various lightning and fog on a black background. As the lightning stops appearing a line shoots by and forms a circular border. The line leaves three marks and keeps on spinning fast. Everything fades into a clearer background, and the lights reveal a column with the word "FILMS" on its capital. Above it there's an "nH", with a facial sculpture facing right seen above the "n".

Variants:

  • On Teesri Manzil, the logo is tinted red.
  • On Baharon Ke Sapne, the logo is in B&W.
  • From 1973 to 1992, when the logo company appears, the face is yellow, the nH is almost white, the background is less darker and the "FILMS" letters are in different colours.
