Background
Nippon News (日本ニュース) was a series of newsreels produced by Nippon Eigasha.
1st (known) Logo (1945)
Visuals: Over a gray background is the Nichiei emblem in white with a drop shadow. Superimposed over the logo are animated sparkling stars, as well as the newsreel's title.
Technique: Traditional animation.
Audio: The opening theme for Nippon News.
Availability: Shown on newsreels from the period.
2nd (known) Logo (1945-1946)
Visuals: On a dark background, there is a metallic model of the Nichiei emblem, lit by a light from the left corner of the screen. To the right of it is the company name, and above it is the program's title.
Technique: Superimposed animation.
Audio: The opening theme.
Availability: The closing variant debuted first at the end of the final Nippon News issue.
