Background

Pageboy Productions is an American film production company founded in August 2021 by actor Elliot Page.[1]

Logo (May 31, 2024)

Visuals: On a white paper background with multiple marks and smudges, a horizontal squiggly path drawn by a pencil is formed, which unveils an outlined cap containing a "P". Pappercutted grayscale pieces cover the hat, which then flattens it in a solid black vector. Then, the object reverts to its outlined state, and then "A", followed by "G" and "E", appear next to the letter, going from a thin drawing to a thick fill. The latter letter's appearance has the cap disappearing and the screen's inverted effect changes to a dimly lit white background. After the letters flatten to "PAGE", it shifts to the left, and "Boy" is written next to it.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: The logo is seen on Backspot.
