Background
Producciones Tollocán was a Mexican film production company.
Logo (1988-May 9, 1991)
Visuals: Against a clear blue sky, a close-up of Harris's hawk is seen looking around while "PRODUCCIONES, TOLLOCAN, S.A. presenta", in a stacked format and white colour, is superimposed in front of the shot.
Variants:
- There is an early variant where "presenta" is aligned to the right.
- On Programado para morir, a print logo consisting of an eagle's head surrounded by a sunray pattern is shown in between the company name, which now appears to be in a stretch serif format. "presenta a" then pops in the bottom-right corner.
Technique: Live-action and cel effects.
Audio: The opening theme of the film.
Audio Variants:
- On Central camionera and El garañón 2, a triumphant trumpet and string fanfare is heard.
- On Programado para morir, none.
Availability: The logo is seen on Central camionera, El garañón, Programado para morir, El garañón 2, Tengo que matarlos, and Papito querido.
