Background

Runteas Pich Production was a Cambodian film company founded in 1961 by film director and theater owner Ly Bun Yim. Throughout its lifespan, they made fifteen films before the Khmer Rouge took over Cambodia on April 17, 1975. During their regime, there was the Mayaguez incident; Yim escaped but only saved three of the films.

Visuals: There is a shining diamond with the Khmer company name "រន្ទះពេជ្រភាពយន្ត" arched in gold above and "RUNTEASPICH" in a gold three-dimensional font below. Overlapping the diamond is a banner which reads "PRODUCTION". The diamond spins counter-clockwise as pyrotechnics and smoke erupt from behind.
