Smt. Leelavathi Combines was an Indian Kannada-language film production company.

Visuals: On a black background, several red glowing lines can be seen from all directions, forming a red pentagram. Even more red lines emerge from the screen, causing the pentagram to become a 3D red star. The star spins counter-clockwise twice, causing it to turn into a silver star with a thick white border and after the first spin, a picture of a mother and a baby can be seen inside the star. The star moves to the left as the company name in Kannada appears right next to the star via a blur effect. Lastly, the company name zooms towards the screen letter-by-letter, just to reveal the English translation of the company name.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: Starting with a sudden bang which then turns into a bunch of "whoosh" sound effects, which is followed by a retro-like sound, the sound of twinkling and a woman shrieking.
Availability: This was only seen on Yaradu.
