Background

Vikas Pictures was a film production company from India.

1st Logo (October 14, 1988)

Visuals: The start of the logo is the statue of Sai Baba, a man puts Sai Baba a flower necklace on, as the camera pans to a table with fruits and two candles, as well as the man praying to the statue, the logo will be still for a few seconds before the camera pans back to the Sai Baba. It cuts to the opening theme of the movie. The company name doesn't appear.

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: A woman singing a religious mantra with some calm instruments.

Availability: Only seen on Aag Ke Sholey.

2nd Logo (June 8, 1990)

Visuals: Fading in, an icon of the Hindu god Krishna is first seen against a two-colored sunburst background. The camera slowly zooms out to reveal more of Krishna and the sunburst background. This is followed by another icon of the Hindu god Ganesh fading on the right, along with another icon of Hindu saint Sai Baba of Shirdi on the left. After that, the company's logo fades in against the three icons, which consist of an MGM-like filmstrip swerving around two giant letters "VP", both of which are made out of a filmstrip, and another giant filmstrip containing the company's name, all of which are colored white.

Technique: A mix of camera-controlled animation and fading effects.

Audio: A calm flute theme with a man saying something in Hindi.

Availability: Only seen on Kasam Dhande Ki.
