Background

5'7 Films is a Canadian film production company.

1st Logo (September 9, 2016-November 20, 2019)

Visuals: On a black background, the logo is shown, consisting of a thick ring containing "5'7" FILMS" curved on the upper right, an inner thin circular border, and "57 FILMS". The former number is outlined and shaped from the "7"'s upper left edges, both numbers have rough edges, and "FILMS" is in a jagged font. The logo zooms out before a quick flash. Another effect is applied on the logo, which involves a cube, containing copies of the logo, turning to the left. Lastly, the logo zooms in, bursts horizontally, and fades out.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A mechanical activation sound alongside a warbling effect in the background. Two ascending beeps and a button press play at the end.

Availability: The logo is seen on The Haunted House on Kirby Road and Jack of all Trades.

2nd Logo (August 6, 2021-)

Visuals: A white horizontal line is drawn on a black background. Then, "5'7", with the light blue apostrophe within the upper end of the "5" scroll up from the bar alongside vertical ruler markings on the right. Below the line, "F I L M S" turns in horizontally from a side to a front view. The logo shines before fading to black.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Sharp wind-like sounds are heard first, followed by mechanical lifting and echoed clanging. Lastly, a gong hit plays after the formation of all logo elements.

Availability: The logo is seen on Faking a Murderer and Vandits.
