Visuals: On a white wall background, a painted and reflective sun rises while a brown ring draws beginning at the top, encircling the large ball of light. Below it, there is a deep sky blue body of water rising, splitting into two paths, and covering half of the symbol. When the Sun is inside the ring, it gains a thick, dark outline and the fill of the outline, a light yellow color, expands from behind the star. Simultaneously and below, the logo from before in brown rises.
