Background
Blackhawk Films was founded in 1927 in Davenport, Iowa. From 1950 through 1983, the company marketed motion pictures on 16mm, 8mm and Super 8 film. Most were vintage one or two-reel short subjects, usually comedies starring Laurel and Hardy, Our Gang, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, and other famous comedy series of the past.
1st Logo (1950-1970)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a person with a feather on the back of their head all in white enclosed in a white circle. There is also "Blackhawk Films" in cursive, with a registered symbol above the "m" and "s", to the right of the head. There is a white line underneath with the text "THE EASTIN-PHELAN CORPORATION" below it. And finally, below that, there's the location of the company: "DAVENPORT, IOWA 52808".

Audio: The closing theme of the film.
Availability: It was seen at the end of Blackhawk Films' programming at the time. [Examples?]
2nd Logo (1956-1979)
Visuals: Over a black background, there's the same white person from the previous logo with the text above saying “A BLACKHAWK FILM”.

Audio: Either none or the opening theme of the program.
Availability: It was seen on programs like Lew Lehr’s Newsettes and Rabbit Stew.
3rd Logo (1958-1967)
Visuals: Just the big, cursive text "The End" and the logo, which is the man along with the company name, placed on the bottom right of a black background.
