Background
CTE Video was a home video label used by Carlton Communications after purchasing Central Independent Television and its distribution unit Central Television Enterprises in 1994, ending an existing deal with Video Collection International along the way. The label was later replaced with the regular Carlton name after the mid-'90s.
Logo (1994-1996)
Visuals: Same as the extended CTE logo, except that the word "V I D E O" fades in below "Cte" when the square finishes rippling.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: Same as the extended CTE logo.
Availability: Seen on VHS releases of Central-produced shows from the time-period until 1996, such as the John Cunliffe era of Rosie & Jim and Tots TV, among others.
