Background

Cairo Pictures is an American film production company.

Logo (September 6, 2024)

Visuals: Within a film frame, a detailed red sphinx with a hawk for a head and two long, spiky wings, is shown on top of "CAIRO PICTURES", in black, a bolded font, and with long red depth extending outwards. The pyramid in between the sphinx's two arms gains a golden fill through a vertical wiping effect, shining afterward. Following this, the company name gains a gold-orange vertical gradient fill from a red to gold wiping transition and the sphinx's eyes glow yellow. A star emerges on the sphinx's forehead and a warm radial burst emerges behind it.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A synth drone is heard for the majority of the sequence. There is also a warbling sound playing for the pyramid's color sequence and a shine mixed with a chord for the sphinx's eyes sparking.

Availability: The logo is seen on Off Ramp.
