Visuals: On a black background with faint yellow smoke in the center, a thick yellow vertical and horizontal bar intersects perpendicularly. They then shrink and compress into a horizontal rectangular box, which slides to the right and has "PLUS" appear within it and "channel" slide out of it to the left. The background smoke also shrinks vertically and splits into a blue half for "channel".

Audio: The opening theme of the film.
