Background

City Hill Arts is an American film production company.

1st Logo (July 3, 2024)

Visuals: On a muted green background, a gold silhouette of a boy on a dark green pad is throwing a paper airplane, which flies to the right and eventually warps around a rising dark green circle. The latter object covers the screen, prompting the dark green globe with gold continents to zoom in. Later, the screen zooms into southern California to unveil the background from earlier, plus a silhouetted gold city rising out of a hill mask (covered by two dark green curved shapes) as well as the dark green serif text "CHA" sliding down letter by letter below. The text spreads out to show the full company name.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on The Secret Art of Human Flight.

2nd Logo (August 16, 2024)

Visuals: On a black background, a light sparks and grows above the horizon to unveil a glossy, detailed version of the city and hills from before. The text from before in a dark golden texture zooms out, brightens, and places itself underneath. The logo as a whole gains a dark and transparent rainbow glow afterward.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Space ambiance is heard at the beginning, which slowly segues into a high-pitched, ethereal idiophonic sound effect.

Availability: The logo is seen on My Penguin Friend.
