Background

Collywood Studios is a Colorado-based film production company founded by Greg Tally and Halle Capone in 2023.

Logo (October 25, 2024)

Visuals: On a black background, a detailed black-billed magpie with intricate gold lines scrolls in from the top, alongside a multi-layered pyramid, with two mountain tops on the bottom left and right sides and three white circles in the center, from the bottom. After glowing, a thin gold circle draws behind the magpie as well as three horizontal gold streaks below the pyramid, the latter of which scrolls down to unveil "COLLYWOOD STUDIOS", in a gold Art Deco font and with the third "O" in "COLLYWOOD" a solid circle. Then, all the solid circles shine before the sequence fades out.

Trivia: The pyramid and mountains symbolize the Rocky Mountains.[1]

Technique: 2D computer animation in an Art Deco and Egyptian theme. The logo was animated by Daniel Vincent Bigelow.[2]

Audio: An ethereal note seguing into a high-pitched synth note, sizzling, and zapping.

Availability: The logo is seen on Devil's Knight.
